Rules
A stock must meet all of these.
- 100 × ((52-week high − Close) ÷ 52-week high) < 10
- 100 × ((52-week high − Close) ÷ 52-week high) > 0
- 100 × ((Close ÷ 52-week low) − 1) > 100
- Close > 10
- Volume > 100000
