- Profit growth, 5 years % > 15
- PEG < 1
- P/E ÷ (Profit growth, 12 months % + Dividend yield %) < 0.5
- P/E ÷ (Profit growth, 12 months % + Dividend yield %) > 0
- Debt (₹ Cr) ÷ Total assets (₹ Cr) < 0.25
- DII holding % + FII holding % < 20
