- Lower of 15-min Low and 15-min Low, 1 candle ago < Lowest 15-min Low over 15 candles, 2 candles ago
- Any of these:
- 15-min Low = 15-min Low, 1 candle ago
- 1.0001 > Higher of 15-min Low and 15-min Low, 1 candle ago ÷ Lower of 15-min Low and 15-min Low, 1 candle ago
Uses finished candles only, so a signal can't appear and then vanish before its candle ends.
